Ingredients

  • 2 slices Villaggio® Italian Style Thick Slice 100% Whole Wheat Bread, toasted
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) good quality balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch each salt and pepper
  • 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 basil leaves

Directions

  1. Stir mayonnaise with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread evenly on each toasted bread slice.
  3. Top with avocado slices, prosciutto and basil.
