Reuben Sandwich
Combine toasted Villaggio® Rustico™ White Loaf, tangy sauerkraut and salty smoked meat for this mouth-watering Reuben sandwich.

Ingredients
- 4 slices Villaggio® Rustico™ White Loaf
- 1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30ml) grainy mustard
- 1 tsp (5ml) sriracha hot sauce
- 1 tbsp (15ml) butter
- 6 slices (100g) corned beef
- 1 cup (100g) sauerkraut, drained
- 2 slices (70g) Swiss cheese
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, grainy mustard and sriracha in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a pan on medium-high heat.
- Place one slice of bread in the pan, spread the sauce on top and add corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese. Close the sandwich and let cook for approx. 4 minutes until the cheese melts. Flip occasionally.
- Repeat with the other sandwich and serve immediately.
