Philly Steak and Pepper Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 Villaggio® Toscana™ Hamburger Buns
- 1 Packet of Fondue Meat slices
- 4 tbsp (60ml) Olive oil
- 1 Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Green Pepper, julienned
- 2 cups (500ml) Paris mushrooms, in slices
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Honey
- 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
- 4 Burger Cheese slices
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a hot pan, brown the meat in a little oil for 2–3 minutes on each side Lightly season, take out and set aside. In the same hot pan, sauté the onions, peppers and mushrooms in the rest of the oil for 5 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, honey, garlic, meat and mix together. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a hot pan, toast the soft side of each burger bun for 2–3 minutes.
- Cover each burger bun in the meat mixture and then the cheese.
