Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Villaggio® Classico Italian Style Thick Slice White Bread
- 1 cup (250mL) Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 cup (250mL) Provolone
- 1 cup (250mL) Gruyere
- 1 cup (250mL) Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 – 4 Large Garlic Cloves, minced
- 4 tbsp (20mL) Parsley, chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
- Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment or foil
- In a small bowl, combine cheeses together, set aside
- Stir softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper together to combine, then, spread evenly over one side of each slice of bread and reassemble the loaf over a large piece of aluminum foil
- Sprinkle cheese mixture between bread slices and wrap up sides and top with foil
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes, then, open up the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese browns and the bread toasts up
- Option to broil for 30-60 seconds, if needed
