- 2 tbsp (30 mL) mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) good quality balsamic vinegar
- Pinch each salt and pepper
- 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 2 basil leaves
- Stir mayonnaise with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Spread evenly on each toasted bread slice.
