Ingrédients
- 4 Slices Of Villaggio® Classico Italian Style Thick Slice White Bread
- 4 Eggs, Softly Scrambled
- 1 tbsp (30g) Butter
- 1 Avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 8 – 10 Pancetta
- 4 thick slices of sharp Cheddar
- 1 Tomato, thickly sliced
- 1 cup (250g) Arugula
- 4 tbsp (120g) Mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directives
- In a pan, over medium-high heat, fry the pancetta till crispy and drain on paper towels to remove excess grease
- In a medium bowl, whisk up the 4 Eggs with salt and pepper to taste
- Wipe out the frying pan and melt Butter over medium heat
- Add the Eggs, swirling around with a spatula till nearly set, smooth over and allow the Eggs to form
- Evenly divide and spread Mayonnaise over 4 slices of bread
- Top 2 slices with the scrambled eggs, then layer with Pancetta, Cheese, slices of Avocado, Tomato and Arugula
- Top with other slices of bread and serve
