Ingredients


  • 1.25 lbs (660 g) Imitation crab meat
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) Capers
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Minced basil
  • ½ cup (125 mL) Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup (125 mL) Celery, diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 4 Villaggio® Sausage buns, split and lightly toasted


Directions


ROUGHLY chopped crabmeat and place in a medium bowl with the all of other ingredients except tomato, lettuce and buns. Toss gently to combine.

ASSEMBLE sandwiches by piling a generous amount of the crab mixture on each bun. Top with tomato slices and lettuce and serve.
