Thick slices of toast topped with savoury hummus get a peppery kick from radish and the sweet nutty finish of pomegranate and pine nuts.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) hummus
- 4 slices Villaggio® Original Thick Sliced Italian Style White Bread, toasted
- 4 radishes, very thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) pomegranate arils
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) toasted pine nuts
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh mint leaves
Directions
Spread hummus evenly over toasted slices of bread. Top with radishes; sprinkle with pomegranate arils and pine nuts. Sprinkle with mint leaves.
