- 2 slices Villaggio® Artesano Bread, toasted
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) blueberries
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) each toasted flaked coconut and granola
1. Stir ricotta cheese with honey. Spread evenly over toast.
2. Arrange blueberries, coconut and granola over top.
• The ricotta can be replaced with whipped cream cheese or mascarpone cheese.
• Replace blueberries with strawberries or blackberries if desired.
