- 6 slices Villaggio® Toscana Thick Slice White Bread
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) apricot jam
- 1 ripe pear, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) crumbled blue cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut crusts from bread; cut slices of bread in half. Place on baking sheet; bake for about 10 minutes or until toasted and golden.
Spread apricot jam over toasts. Top with pear slices and blue cheese. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is slightly melted.
Tip: Pulse crusts in food processor to make fresh bread crumbs; store in freezer.
